1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from myevaluekart.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or purchase our products.

Growth Spark LLC sells physical products only. All items are new and unused.
 We do not offer digital goods, subscriptions, memberships, trials, or recurring billing.

  • All purchases are charged one time at checkout.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorize Growth Spark LLC to process your payment for the exact amount shown at checkout.

4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Average delivery time is 5–12 business days within the United States.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or supply chain issues.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

 

 

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

We allow returns within 30 days only if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

 

 

6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

IF YOU OR GROWTH SPARK LLC WANT TO BRING A CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR OUR PRODUCTS, BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO USE ARBITRATION AS THE SOLE METHOD OF RESOLUTION.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO FORM OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Class Action Waiver

Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative proceeding.

If any part of this waiver is deemed unenforceable for a specific dispute, that dispute must be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Each party pays its own legal fees unless determined otherwise
